Which payment methods do you accept?

 Ren Beaulieu accepts the following methods of payment;

Please note that additional validation may be required. Bank Transfers are also accepted; in order to pay by Bank Transfer, please contact our Client Services. Please note that processing purchases
by Bank Transfer can take up to 6 business days. Your billing address must correspond to the address of your credit card, or we will not be able to process your order. 
All transactions are secured. The Ren Beaulieu website is provided with an SSL encryption system to protect personal and payment data. Ren Beaulieu does not
keep any credit card information.

What is the status of my order?

What is the status of my order?

To check the status of your order, visit the My Orders tab in your MyRenBeaulieu account,
where one of the following statuses will be displayed:

Order Status
• Submitted: your order was submitted successfully, but it has not yet been accepted
• Pending order validation: your order is currently under review
• Order in preparation: your order has been accepted and is being prepared
for dispatch
• Shipped: your order has been shipped and is on its way to your specified delivery address

Please note you will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order is submitted. If your order is then accepted, the next e-mail you will receive will contain your shipping information.

Can I claim a VAT refund for my item purchased in store?

Following a decision by the UK government, VAT refunds are no longer available for purchases made in the UK after 31.12.20. Tax-free shopping is still however allowed in the EU, so UK residents can do tax-free shopping in the EU when shopping at a store.

How do I send a gift?

Will my item come with a
shopping bag?

We are pleased to offer optional shopping bags with selected products. If applicable for your order, the tick box will show in your shopping bag before checkout. 

Will I be affected by custom costs?

There may be customs costs based on your delivery address.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders placed on are processed quickly, to ensure your items can be delivered to you within the shortest timeframe possible. Therefore once an order has been submitted, we cannot cancel or modify your purchase. If you have received your order and want to return it, please refer to the return instructions included with your shipment.
